Locally raised in Calgary
Starting in 1995 with one building that we still continue to service today, growth in the cleaning and maintenance business has occurred beginning with smaller scaled condominiums and slowly progressed to a wide variety of small and larger properties.
Incorporating in 2003, we entered the business with cleaning, lawn and snow services and have gradually diversified to include exterior maintenance, full range of handyman services, administration services, and project management.

With a background in customer service, building operations, project management, and driven by the opportunity to succeed, Geoff has enjoyed the opportunity to watch Guardian Condominium Care grow from providing basic services to a wide and diverse variety of services that continues to grow each year. Credit is due to the ever growing and experienced staff that has helped Guardian along the way.
Morgan joined Guardian in April 2014 as Project Manager. His primary responsibilities are to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner and with the quality of workmanship that makes Guardian the contractor of choice of several management companies and corporations. Morgan, who has a background as a condominium manager, realizes the importance of communication as well as protocol. Morgan is acutely aware of the challenges faced by the property manager and the board of directors of the condominium corporation. This knowledge allows Guardian to assist all parties in the successful completion of all projects, large and small. As a part of our very capable team Morgan looks forward to being able to assist with all of your condominium projects.
Oliver’s diverse background from working on commercial vessels to traveling the world brings a broad range of skills to Guardian Condominium Care. Skills such as experience in purchasing, inventory management and cost control records, are just to name a few. Oliver training in water and fire restoration brings valuable skills to caring for condominiums. Oliver ensures small and large projects are kept on schedule and on budge
Brad has extensive experience in many service delivery leadership roles. These include managing day to day operations, special projects, transitions, audits. Implements oversight to ensure all tasks are executed to completion in a timely manner. Team oriented and willing to contribute wherever possible. Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal skills and engages everyone he interacts with in a positive, respectful way. Always strives to ensure customer satisfaction is attained.
Brenda moved to Calgary from the Philippines where she was a licensed physiotherapist. Moving to Canada opened a different opportunity for her. She has worked as an assistant manager in retail to 30 staff members. Brenda brings to Guardian quality management and excellent customer service. Brenda has been with Guardian Condominium Care for over eight years.
Steven is a customer service oriented manager with an education in hotel/ resort management, experience in both hotels as well as golf and country clubs. His strengths begin with his positive attitude and communication skills, that has led to his success with customer relations, team building, and resolving challenges with the operations at Guardian. Steven has been instrumental in building a strong and positive culture within the Guardian family, bringing together an efficient, productive team, with a positive “can do” attitude.
Erold brings a wealth of knowledge to Guardian. His background includes working as a framer for prefab wall panels for 3 years, building maintenance, basement renovations for 4 years and heavy equipment technician for 2 years. Erold has completed a 2D and 3D AutoCAD Operator Certificate from Bow Valley College and IICRC Water Restoration Tech Certificate.
Bruce has experience in building operations and maintenance. He has IICRC Water Restoration Technician and IICRC Microbiological training, asbestos certification and extensive experience in asbestos and mold remediation. His skill in customer service and strong work ethic will insure restoration, renovation and construction projects go smoothly. With his easy going manner he fits in to the condominium environment with ease and relates well with the clients and owners.
Phil is a hands on Grounds Maintenance Manager who has experience in lawn care, building maintenance and snow removal. He has a positive attitude who will always make sure that buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest possible standards. Phil delivers with professional property maintenance, delegating work responsibilities and mentoring staff. Phil takes pride in his workmanship and enjoys jobs that present challenges because he believes that there is always room for improvement.
Kris moved from BC in 2012 and has the ability to work independently or being a team player. Kris carries out lawn care, snow removal and various helpful tasks. Kris has 16 years experience in sheet metal fabrication and associate certificate in computer aided Design from British Columbia Institute of Technology with cad/solidworks experience. Kris brings good problem solving skills, consistency and stability to the jobsite.
Gay Liggayu is friendly, easy to talk to, and always willing to help. She handles office administration tasks for Guardian. She also assists with procurement, billing, and inventory control. She has a background in teaching, and volunteers to help people of all ages and abilities to improve their computer skills.
Marle has the ability to work independently, is conscientious and respectful to all individuals. Marle carries out many handyman projects. Marle's education includes Civil engineering in the Philippines and has a certificate of Piping Drafting Design and CADD Operator from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Marle brings wide range of skills to Guardian, including his experience working in Saudi Arabia as a steel fabricator.
Lucian moved to Calgary from Romania where he was a licensed electrical and mechanical engineer. Lucian has been with Guardian Condominium Care for over five years. From electrician to talented painter he endevours to give Guardian Condominium Care his professionalism and competence, completing projects with craftsmanship.
Susan has 6+ years experience doing yard work, hardscape, and snow removal. Susan takes pride in her work and likes to take charge in organizing projects to ensure they are executed in a timely manner. She does her best to ensure the work environment is enjoyable for all who work with Guardian.
Sage has been in the construction industry for over 20 years, excelling in finishing carpentry and flooring. He has owned a renovation company and has been site supervisor for several others. His broad knowledge of the ins and outs of most construction projects ensures the job is done right and on time.
Rob had been teaching Vocational and lifeskills programs for the government of Alberta up until 2004. He ventured into construction and quickly advanced into a site super position. His projects included a four storey condominium with commercial development on the main floor. Ten years of experience in restoration, both as a Technician and Service Manager, and Service Manager for a large drywall company, round out his skills to ensure all projects are the highest standards. For the past two years Rob's focus has been interior finishing with Guardian.
